Multisectoral Approach to fight the HIV & AIDS pandemic

The HIV/AIDS pandemic has been declared as a National Emergency thus calling for combined efforts to combat the spread of the disease. A multisectoral response, with all sectors contributing in the ways that they are best placed to, is seen to be of crucial importance.

MACC is supporting the joint efforts of different stakeholders in their response to the HIV epidemic. Whilst not neglecting its support of the health sector, the component also works with actors from Civil Society, the education sector, local government and the agricultural sector.
